The staff attitude was quite good. However, the car is definitely not what I reserved. I was given a locally made Dacia, which had a poor chassis and felt unstable while driving. The tires were underinflated, and the tire pressure light stayed on throughout the journey. The Ford Focus I booked would have been much better.

Unfortunately Payless gave me a “pickup car” but I booked a JEEP wrangler or similar SUV”. No exceptions for Payless otherwise I should pay more than double price.
