I originally booked a car, but they said it was unavailable and upgraded me to a Toyota 4x4. The exterior was extremely dirty and damaged. Unfortunately, I needed a car, so I accepted. The next day, I found cockroaches and ants inside.

They said they could deliver the car to my door, which I thought was good, but the car's condition was surprising. It must be at least 10 years old to be this bad. The front seats' leather was completely damaged, with burn holes from cigarettes. The driver's seat was wobbly, and it shook back and forth when braking and starting. I really didn't expect it to be that terrible.

The car I received was two months old and was in its great condition. The only setback is the car being under power but that is not the primary concern. The service crews were excellent and they are following throught our journey to ensure we are safe and sounded.

Efficient and no-fuss car rental service!
The counter, pick-up and drop off staff were all excellent and friendly. The counter staff was kind and understanding when I informed her the car would be returned half an hour later than scheduled. Overall, good experience.
