surprised at the extra days charge for 90min
we arrived a bit earlier than planned but we were able to pick up the car but was charged an extra days rental for 90mins extra. We paid 45euros for each day but charged 75 euros for the extra day - dissapointing

Pressure was applied during pick up for extra insurance despite the fact that we already had a full comprehensive package. In fact we did pay extra for cleaning upon our return but upon inspection found that was covered through Easyrentcars anyway so we felt uncomfortable with that. otherwise everything else was excellent.

Le personnel au guichet on insister pour que je prenne une assurance à 86 euro,je leur ai dit que j'en avais déjà une avec la location de la voiture et ils m'ont dit qu'elle ne servait à rien et que je serai pas couvert en cas d'accident, mais j'ai insister et je ne l'ai pas pris,malgré que j'ai payé une location il veulent qu'en même se faire payer le véhicule avec une assurance

Very dissatisfied with this rental company. First, the contact number provided by the car rental platform was unreachable. Since this rental company is not located at the airport, it is about a 10-minute drive away. After landing that day, we called the rental company but no one answered. We contacted the car rental platform’s customer service, but they couldn't reach the rental company either. We waited at the airport for two hours until finally, a car from the rental company picking up other customers took us back. Upon arrival, the staff at the rental company made things difficult and insisted we pay extra to upgrade the vehicle. When we refused to pay extra, they claimed they didn't have any automatic cars and offered us a manual one, even though we had reserved an automatic. After further discussions with the car rental platform’s customer service, we spent another two hours at the rental company before getting the car. The whole process took almost five hours, which was extremely frustrating.
