Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, call us on (03) 595 1828 from your mobile or from any of the public phones in the terminal to order your shuttle. To meet your shuttle, head towards the domestic terminal and exit through door 2 next to the Air New Zealand Service Desk. Our driver will meet you in the Car Rental Transfers area outside door 2. Overnight pickups between 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM are self-service. One of our team members will contact you closer to your hire date to advise of full self-service instructions. Online Check-in is required.
