This is a fully automated location. Identify yourself with the credit card used when placing the reservation and your driver's license matching the size of a plastic card and your passport/national identity card if yourdriver's license is issued outside Sweden. The credit card must be equipped with a chip and a 4-digit pin code and must belong to the renter/main driver. The driver's license must be in Roman script only. No other form of identification is valid. You will also need your reservation number at time of pick-up. At the time of rental a deposit is obtained on your credit card there must be sufficient credit on your card to cover all charges. The Self-Service Kiosk is located to the right of the entrance to Bildeve. The vehicle will be parked in the parking area near the entrance to Bildeve.
