Both car pickup and return went smoothly, with no deductions so far. The deposit was refunded to my credit card within a few days. Very satisfied. During pickup, the salesperson will try to sell you insurance, but if you show them the printed QEEQ insurance notice, they won't insist.

The car from Marseille had brake pad issues. QEEQ coordinated and replaced it with a new car (picture 2), a 1,000-kilometer new model. However, the entire process took 24 hours, which affected our itinerary.
