Go to the ground level and go outside to your left. 3.Proceed to island 2/ Shuttle Pickup. 4.Use the courtesy phone OR call AVR (650-952-5543 ext. #1) 5.The shuttle will arrive in 10 to 12 minutes after you notify us of your arrival at island 2. A mileage limit may apply for local renters (usually defined as living within 120km radius from the rental location). Please refer to our online terms and conditions for further details.

Return to the Store, Car Park or Key Box & After Hours Return

Please bring back the vehicle to the store. A free shuttle will then drive you back to the airport.

I booked a Van with 15 passenger and 4 bags so I have enough space but the Van we got did not have space for a single luggage. We had to accommodate. Everything else was good. I would recommend not to book exact van according to the description, always opt for a larger one then you actually need.
