Q1.What is an insurance excess?
The excess is the amount you'll only be liable for in case of damage(under Collision Damage Waiver) or theft(under Theft Protection) of the vehicle.
Information about the excess will be clearly stated in the price inclusion when you reserve a car on QEEQ.
Q2. How can I add an addtional driver?
You are advised to make a request upon your arrival at the rental counter. Additional charge per day will incur unless '1 Additional Driver Included' is stipulated on the rental.
Please note that the same licence and age requirement applys to the additonal driver. The addtional driver is supposed to present the required licence document along with the main driver at pickup.
Q3.What if I want to pick up or drop off my rental car out of office hours?
QEEQ will show you the car offers available at your chosen time on the search results.
However, pick-up or drop-off out of general opening hours may subject to an extra fee unless self-service pick-up or drop-off is available.
After you reserve a car on QEEQ, we will inform you of specific policy of the car hire company by email.
Q4. Can I take the hired car to another country or cross border?
If you want to pick up your car in one country and drop it in another, your search results will show you cars you can do that with.
If you're planning to cross any borders during your trip, bear in mind:
1. You may have to pay more.
There are often extra fees, taxes or additional cover you'll pay at the car hire counter.
2.It may not be allowed.
Depending on where you're hiring, you may not be able to take your car to another country.
Please email us if you want to take your hire car into a different country during your trip, and we'll talk you through your options.
Q5. Can I pick up my car at one location and return it at different location?
Yes. You can pick up the vehicle in one place and drop it off in another. An ‘one-way fee’ will incur. Whether it is inclued in the rental price or what additional cost may arise will be clearly stated at the time of booking on QEEQ.
Please inform the car hire company of your drop-off location when you pick up the vehicle or contact them directly during your trip. You will find a phone number on the rental agreement you signed at pickup.

The car was quite new and in excellent condition. The check-in process was short and efficient. Check-out was at a hotel in Tallinn, after-hours. The receptionist let us into the hotel parking, we filed the forms and dropped them in a box with the key. That's it.

The counter staff let us wait when we first arrived and took no notice of us until they were done with whatever else they were doing. On drop off they were barely communicative with no thank you all for renting from them.

the pick up was a bit stressful as the office moved across the street and it's not comfortable to get the car when you have luggages. otherwise great service, car and the best thing that you dont need to worry about washing the car before drop off.

Overall experince is OK despite long wait for person coming to serve. Customer services response I have to admit was very good. However, I missed attention to positively assess situation occured and keep me as a customer happy, frankly speaking we are right you are wrong, keep paying at top prices.. My mistake that I did not make my own records of car condition on collection which is well worth to do-spend additional 5 min to record ALL sratches or dents on the car.Some agents could be very picky. A small discount on the bill for example or discount card for next visit finalising whole rental experience could keep me as a more or less happy Budget customer but I am afraid not now. Leaving empty fuel tank doesn't work for me as didn't have idea how big is a fuel tank in the car nor wanted to do research on it.

La voiture a fonctionné sans problème. C'est maintenant l'agence Avis-Budget de Vilnius qui tente de nous arnaquer. Nous avons loué la voiture à l’aéroport de Vilnius pour 2 semaines, le 28 juillet 2019, pour la rendre à Tallinn, le 11 août. Nous l'avons ramenée le 11 août à l'aéroport, en parfait état, et le plein fait à la station service, à l'entrée de l'aéroport de Tallinn. Sur le parking, la cabine du réceptionniste était fermée. Nous avons donc dû laisser la voiture sur le parking, et nous rendre au guichet dans l'aéroport : la personne présente au guichet nous a dit que son collègue était parti manger ! Mais elle n'a pas voulu venir faire d'état des lieux avec nous, car elle était seule au guichet. Elle nous a dit que nous pouvions partir, et que tout allait bien !!!! Deux jours après, nous recevons par mail, deux factures de Avis-Budget Vilnius, nous disant que la voiture est accidentée, rayée des 2 côtés, et nous facturant un plein d'essence, soit 2 factures pour un montant de 800 € !!!! Comme par hasard, la caution est de 900 € ! Il est évident que l'affaire ne va pas en rester là !!! Nous sommes TRES MECONTENTS de ce service.

The car was excellent. My main issue is with the terms of Green Motion that insisted that I cover the deposit with a credit card, excluding Amex. A debit card was not accepted. It was lucky that my wife has a credit card.

on returning the car four staff members took 40 minutes discussing between themselves an apparent new scratch mark on one of the doors. Never in this period of time did anyone inform me what was going on until I prompted them that I had a flight to catch. they showed me a picture from their laptop of what the door supposedly looked like without the scratch before I rented the car. Only after I pointed out that the date of the picture taken was after the date I rented the car, and therefore could not have been a picture of the car I rented, did they agree to sign my car off as no damage found. I don't know whether this was a failed scam attempt or a genuine mistake but either way it was terrible customer service.
