Excellent service. I booked for 4 PM but picked up the car before 2 PM and returned it a bit after 3 PM with no extra charges. Aside from a short wait to pick up and return the car, everything was great. No upselling, quick deposit return, honest service. This is my go-to car rental company in Europe.

Terrible! I don't recommend renting from AVIS! Everything goes smoothly with Zuzuche until there's a problem—then communication becomes extremely difficult. I had issues with tire damage in Istanbul in May, and by mid-July, I still hadn't received a refund! This time in Sarajevo, AVIS charged exorbitant fees for cross-border travel and extra drivers. Different staff members at AVIS counters gave us different answers. When booking, Zuzuche indicated a cross-border fee of 100 euros, but at pickup, they charged 145 euros. At return, another counter stated it should be 170 euros. It’s outrageous! And the extra driver fee is written as 12 euros on their website, but the counter charged 15 euros. At pickup, they charged 15 euros per day for 13 days, but at return, the counter said it’s capped at 7 days! AVIS Sarajevo is a mess with arbitrary charges! No wonder the ratings are so low! Think twice before renting from them!

Very poor! Not recommended to rent from AVIS! Renting without problems is fine, but once an issue arises, the communication cost is too high to resolve it. I returned a car to AVIS in Istanbul in May with tire damage, and until mid-July, I still haven't received a refund. First, the actual car didn't match the pictures at all. It was a front-wheel drive, and a very old model. I've rented many cars before and can say the fair price should be around 60 Euros per day. It was completely different from the picture. The rental agent said there was a problem with the images on the platform I booked from. I searched on Google and found out that the actual car was an Opel Corsa Berline, 1.2 engine, which you can buy new for 18,000 Euros. Definitely not the one in the picture. Secondly, I was already frustrated with the high price for this mismatched, old car. Then, because I lost my credit card and could only use Apple Pay, the rental agent insisted I buy his insurance, or he would cancel the reservation. When I asked for other solutions, he kept saying, 'I don't know, I can't do anything.' What upset me most was that he wasn't even trying to help. He claimed to have 40 years of experience, so why should I be the one figuring out solutions? I had to negotiate with the booking platform. After an hour of communication, I bought his insurance, and the platform promised to refund me for the insurance (which hasn't happened even after a month and a half). I thought I could finally enjoy my trip. Then it started raining in Montenegro, and the car, which was a front-wheel drive, started skidding at just 50 km/h down a hill and hit a guardrail. I firmly believe it wasn't my driving skills because I had just driven in Turkey the previous week. Anyone who’s driven in Turkey knows how challenging the roads are, especially around Fethiye and Pamukkale. But since I rented an Opel SUV in Turkey, there were no issues. After the crash, I called the rental agent, and he yelled at me on the phone, again saying, 'I don't know how to help, I can't do anything.' Later, I found out from my landlord that I needed to report the accident to the police and file a report for the insurance claim. The rental agent didn't say a word about this. In a panic, we called the consulate, but it only added to our frustration. The person who answered was very impatient and just told me to ask the rental company. I spent half a day dealing with the police and court in Montenegro, paid 200 Euros for a police report, and had the car towed. There was still one day left on the rental, but no refund was given. By this point, the trip was ruined. The rental agent yelling at my girlfriend and the unhelpfulness of the consulate left her in tears, and I had to comfort her for a long time. We were in an unfamiliar place and needed help, but the rental agent just got angry at us? The worst part was that after all this, the rental company charged my credit card 8,000 RMB for towing fees. Fortunately, I got the money back with the help of my credit card company, but I had to make multiple trips and calls to resolve it. My time and energy are valuable too. The whole ordeal was like swallowing a fly—disgusting and frustrating. I strongly advise against using Green Motion and renting cars through these platforms. When difficulties arise, the platform won't be much help either; you'll end up handling everything on your own.

Secondly, paying a high price for this car that did not match the photos was already frustrating. On top of that, I lost my credit card and could only use Apple Pay. The rental agent insisted that I buy his insurance or else he would cancel my booking. When I asked for other solutions, he repeatedly said, 'I don't know, I can do nothing.' What annoyed me was that he made no effort to find a solution and made things extremely inconvenient for me. He said he had been in the business for 40 years. Then why did I have to come up with solutions on my own? I had to negotiate with the rental platform for an hour, eventually bought their insurance, and got a refund for the platform insurance (which, even after a month and a half, still hasn't been processed). I thought I could finally enjoy my trip, but it rained in Montenegro, and this car, being a front-wheel drive, skidded down the mountain at 50 km/h, hitting a guardrail. I refuse to believe it was my driving skills; I had been driving in Turkey last week, where roads are notorious, especially around Fethiye and Pamukkale. But I rented an Opel SUV there with no issues. After the accident, I contacted the rental agent, and he started yelling at me on the phone saying, 'I don’t know how to do, I can’t do anything.' When I asked how to resolve the issue, she dismissed me saying, 'I don't know, ask your rental company,' and hung up. I spent half a day dealing with the police in Montenegro, went to a local court, and paid 200 euros for the accident report. The car was towed away with one day left in the rental period, and I did not get a refund. This whole ordeal ruined our trip. The agent yelled at my girlfriend, combined with the embassy's 'helpfulness,' upset her deeply. She cried for half a day, and I spent a lot of time comforting her. In a completely unfamiliar place, dealing with all this was extremely frustrating. The most ridiculous part was that, in the end, this agent charged my credit card 8,000 RMB for towing fees. Fortunately, I managed to get the money back with the help of my credit card company, but it took three trips and multiple calls. My time and effort are valuable too. This whole experience was extremely disgusting. A word of advice: never use Green Motion. Also, try to avoid renting through platforms; they can't help you when issues arise, leaving you to deal with everything on your own.

The first car I got was really old and in bad shape, after complaining they swop car next day and the second car was bit better . But definitely I wouldn't recommend Green Motion to anyone.Pay bit more and go somewhere else.

Did not provide drop off instructions. There is no signage at the airport. Guy at the counter was unhappy that I did not follow the correct procedure and after explaining that no info was provided, still kept impolitely telling me how I should have done it. Young lady was helpful and polite though.

The car was excellent but on delivery they reported that the rear mattress had milk. I told them we didn't use the back mattress and didn't drink our milk. The problem was with us, but unfortunately we did not check on receipt and deducted 85 Bosnian marks. Careful of that

Shady. The owner of the Rayyan agency initially asked for cash for the remaining balance. I kept on offering my credit card and he said he didn’t bring his machine. Upon returning the card, i paid the remaining balance and there was a dent on the car for which i had insurance. He denied that saying he needs a police report for him to claim insurance and asked for cash again. His body language of dealing with his customers was very unprofessional and i wouldn’t recommend him to anyone else for sure. Stay away.

Good service but I suggest to open one counter for pick up and another one for return cars. I paid about 740 marks for small scratch ( I think it will cost less than 100 marks to fix)
