If traveling outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, Zero Excess is mandatory to be added to the contract. Without Zero Excess insurance, it is not allowed to travel outside of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The driver would need a travel permit to take the car to another country. A permit to travel across the border is purchased at the rental office when picking up the vehicle. Charge is 75.00 EUR. Road assistance or car replacement while driving abroad is not available. The rates above do not include VAT.

I needed to pay another insurance cdw . Because ıt is not in their system. They charge me 650 euro(970 cad) for 2 cm scratch on rear plastic bumper. Their price evaluation is awful.
