We waited in a queue for 2.5 hours at Verona airport before we could get our car. Car was satisfactory.

I had a problem printing out the voucher. I had entered the incorrect email address. My fault. Called customer service and this was swiftly resolved.

When I collected the car they had upgraded the make and model to a larger vehicle, which I suppose many people would be pleased about but I specifically wanted a small car as that’s what I’m used to driving. They didn’t tell me where to drop the car off to at the second airport, and there was no answer on the phone number provided which I phoned multiple times trying to find out the drop off location. As a result, I dropped the car off to the incorrect location and was landed with ~£60 in additional charges for them to move the car from one car park to another as I didn’t have time to do this myself due to my imminent flight. They charged me €38 for additional fuel despite my having photographic evidence that the tank was more full when I dropped the vehicle off than when I collected, and they have not responded to my emails about this.

No issues with the booking platform.

Great car, cheap rate and very helpful counter staff . Pleased that all insurances were included.

Easy to book although it was hard to understand the discount and points scheme

Helpful staff. We returned our car at 0730 and the staff were there to receive us, unlike some of the other Rental Companies.

The car was exactly what we were expecting, and the pick up and drop off were quick and easy
