Did not get a vios but Toyota sienta. Is OK with me since the same capacity. Easy to communicate with them as they also use Whatsapps. Good respond.

Need to call JT staff to arrange for car pickup. Had to go to a deserted location away from the airport to complete vehicle transfer/pickup. This was arranged by the friendly staff. I was given a Colt Plus instead of the Yaris. The radio was not working.

They upgraded the car. The staff very nice and helpful.
