The Vehicle is very unsafe to drive.
Wanted a Carolla and got a Chery as an upgrade.
The lane detection not very accurate and the auto correct to aggressive, causing me to have hold the steering more intensively, hands sore after driving.
the speed notification shown on mthe dashboard, inaccurate to whats on the road. Sometimes showing 80 or even 50 on a 100 km zones. At times GPS on phone would warn of speed limit on the road and the indication on the dash would be different.
Will not drive this type of vehicle again.

EUROPCAR, DID NOT ALOW ME TO EXTEND MY STAY ON THE WEBSITE. I TRIED ALL OF THE REF NO's BUT IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO DO IT ONLINE. I TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES TO REACH AN OPERATOR TO SPEAK TO. IT WAS A DIFFICULT EXPERIENCE. I WAS NOT ABLE TO DO AN AMENDMENT ONLINE. I AM WORRIED THAT DAILY COST OF HIRING A VECHILE THROUGH QEEQ WILL BE VERY INFLATED FOR THE x1 EXTRA DAY NEEDED, AS I WAS NOT ABLE TO DO A CHANGE ONLINE THROUGH QEEQ OR EUROPCAR. I EVENTALLY MANAGED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHO NOTED I NEEDED THE CAR FOR ONE MORE DAY ON THERE SYSTEM. ON HANDOVER OF CAR, I WENT TO MAIN OFFICE AND THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO GIVE ME A COST FOR ONE EXTRA DAY EITHER.

Excellent brand new car which exceeded expectation. Very friendly and efficient operatives in parking lots on pickup and drop off. Only glitch was an unexpected charge of 588GBP which caused some unease, but QEEQ dealt with for me. We didn't seem to get correct paperwork on pick up, but it was all sorted in the end.

Excellent, its often difficult to contact booking agencies if problems occur, but QEEQ responded immediately about an unexpected charge that appeared on my account, and dealt with it for me.

“Good car, reasonable price, but poor service standard by Fox Rent a Car”

While the car was in a good condition and the price was reasonable, the service at Fox Rent a Car was pathetic. There were just 2 people manning the counter and both were super slow in dealing with each customer. It took more than 10 min for each customer and they took so much time in non-business related conversation and in selling insurance, leading to longer queue of customers. When we escalated the slow service issue to the manager, she was cold and said they are short staffed and are doing what they can. The male staff member was hostile towards me and another customer for complaining to manager. My car took 45 min to arrive as the cleaning and washing was not completed. Further, Fox shuttle dropped us at a train station from where we had to take a train with our heavy luggage to reach the airport. The shuttle driver acknowledged that the poor service standards were due to Fox's constant cost cutting. I would never like to hire from Fox again and QeeQ should disassociate itself from this terrible service provider.

Waited for half an hour because the pre-booked baby seat wasn’t fitted.
The car itself was disgustingly filthy. Had never been cleaned and the previous occupants had left such a horrible mess. Steering wheel and dashboard screen and buttons were covered in an unknown sticky substance. The car smelled of smoke mixed with fruit juice (presumably previously spilled in the car). There was food all on the floors and under the seats and discarded cigarette butts under the seats. The boot was full of mud and dirt. I contacted Europcar but they never returned my calls or emails.
We only hired the car for 24 hours and I was in such a rush I wasn’t able to return the car and ask for an exchange.
The person checking us in (Valerie) was courteous and professional. She offered us an upgrade which we took her up on (FC or IC?). We had the choice of a fast car, a Toyota Camry or Van. As a family we decided on the Chrysler Pacifica which was a modern van and great to drive.
