The staff at pickup were great. Although it took a while to get to Prestwick as I hadn’t planned to be going there it was a great deal.

Customers should be reminded when booking that the pickup is over an hour form glasgow airport but that the prices are cheaper and service possibly better.

Initially received a car that seemed to have some accident damage but they changed it. Struggled to locate the pick up but when we found it the staff were helpful.

カウンターは、到着ロビーの近くにあり、しかも２４時間営業で大変便利です。カウンターから車の駐車場もExit 8の前にあり至近距離にある。スタッフの対応は普通であるが手際よく対応していた。車が１３万キロ走行したもので、特に故障はなかったが、外装には所々に傷が見られた。車内の清掃は、車が古いせいかあまり清潔には見えなかったが、不満はない。車のトランクにはすべてのスーツケース（大型２、中型１、小型１）が収まるほど広く、後部座席にも十分な余裕があるほど広かった。飛行機の発着時間に対して２４時間営業は大変重宝であるので、今後もこの会社を利用することになるであろうと思われる。

予約プラットフォームはきわめて使いやすい。今後も利用したい。

The operation hours of the drop off place was incorrect (the office opens 24 hours even in the Christmas day and the day after).

El seguro que incluyen es uno básico y tuve que pagar uno que de verdad me absolviera de cualquier accidente que pudiese pasar.

It was a surprise upgrade and a very pleasant car to drive with surprisingly low fuel consumption. Check in was handled quickly by friendly counter staff. I will be using QEEQ again and highly recommend to anyone seeking to hire a car.

The car I had was a different and bigger model than I expected. It was very comfortable and roomy.

It was very easy and accurate.

The Europcar office is easy to find, instruction provided to pick up and drop off car is very clear and useful. Customer service is very helpful and polite. The SUV car I rented is pretty new and spacious, my kids like it very much. We really enjoyed the trip, double thumbs up for Europcar :).

I got the best car rental deal through QEEQ which was recommended by my friend. The platform is easy to use and always provide useful information and timely reminders. This will be my first choice moving forward and will recommend to my friends.

Car was super basic, USB port broken, came w 1/2 tank of gas aand was scratched and dented all over. It ran fine and got us A to B without any issues. Mandatory (allegededly) EXTRA insurance cost more than 2.5x the rental price agreed by QEEQ

Platform is fine, research into ACTUAL price is needed.

Très bons contacts avec le team si besoin et les messages WhatsApp avant la prise en charge et avant la restitution sont très bien.

The person checking us in (Valerie) was courteous and professional. She offered us an upgrade which we took her up on (FC or IC?). We had the choice of a fast car, a Toyota Camry or Van. As a family we decided on the Chrysler Pacifica which was a modern van and great to drive.

Emails about the booking, receipt, etc were accurate and timely.

The car obviously hadn't been cleaned, inside or out, before our hire commenced. This was very disappointing

The vehicle was as expected so no unpleasant surprises

Why are we always forced to buy additional insurance even when bringing and providing paperwork from Visa Avion, proving insurance coverage ? This is ALWAYS a problem in Costa Rica ….why ?? Please sort this out once and for all !!

Easy process

The car provided to us was damaged but still we accepted it since we were in hurry, and I even made video of it, later on while returning they charged me for the damages which I didn't do and deducted from the deposit. Staff was terrible and she even lied to their supervisor right in front of us that I damaged the car. They charged extra as a service charge as well which was nowhere mentioned.
