Smaller car and longer wait time.
After taking an hour and a half flight we had to wait on line at the counter at FLL for an hour and a half to receive our reserved car. There were 3 people working and a line 60 people long. All of this while wrangling an almost 2 year old does not making travel any easier. Car received was smaller than expected.

No vale la pena espwrar mas ee una hora para llegar al mostrador. Pesimo servicio de Thrifty/Budget
En el puntaje que sale 10 para el ahorrativo le pondria 3 por el tiempo de espera en la fila para llegar al mostrador. Solo dos personas atendiendo y la fila mas de 40.

Smelly, old 45,000 miles, not well aligned car
Although it seems clean, it smells pretty bad, like tobacco. The car was very old 45,000 miles, wheel felt rigid and it wasn’t properly aligned.

Nice Car at a Great Price!
Like: Thrifty FLL upgraded my car to a larger, new Chevy Impala, which was all-power and very nice to drive! It even had Siriius satellite radio installed. I liked it so much I extended my reservation.

Like: ...though not exactly the one I felt like having but even so it was a KIA RIO (I picked it up amongst the available ones). Very confortable.
