The condition of the car when received was worrying, especially since we were renting it for over ten days. 130,000 kilometers, many scratches on the car, the maintenance reminder light was always on, and the left headlight was not functioning.

Sport version with paddle shifters, good power, vehicle in good condition, no hidden fees, smooth communication, all scratches on the car were documented, so we don't need to worry. If you're still concerned, you can take another video yourself.

Irene (counter staff) was fantastic, very helpful. Unfortunately I did not get the gentleman's name at drop off, but he was just as helpful and pleasant.

This time, I rented a car with only 100 kilometers on it, and the other cars also looked very new. Overall, it seems like the best company is quite professional.

You can call for an airport shuttle anytime. The service attitude is very good, the speed is relatively fast, and the waiting time for the airport shuttle is about twenty minutes. No queues for car rental.

Dear Sirs, they made an outrageous extortion of fines. We have not scratched the wheel cover - and all tires were black when the car was returned - so how come Surprice rent company sent us a picture where one wheel has now mark made with white chalk- pretending to be street paint - it is impossible to run into a curb and make this mark - to square. The wheel is always rotating so no such marks are possible - basic geometry. This is a simple false claim on car rental company side - and extortion of fines. (do they do it to every car that has not purchased overinflated insurance with Surprice rent?) And they charge 100 eur for a car wheel cover!!!! I will post proper opinions on several websites about this case. And Qeeq should look into this matter - if you are interested - we can send pictures - just to which email? Had the car for just one day, forgot to turn off the lights, and the battery died. The rental company quickly sent someone to resolve it.

This place is a scam. Let me warn you. 1. Even if you buy your own insurance, they force you to purchase their expensive insurance (200-300 euros); 2. They confiscate your passport and credit card; 3. The staff is very rude; 4. The car provided was not the one I reserved and was dirty (see picture), it was old and filthy with bird droppings all over the trunk, and the staff couldn't care less; 5. They trap you when returning the car, asking me to pay for small dents and scratches from previous users; 6. They especially target foreigners, if you don't speak Italian, they will scam you in various ways; 7. I have lost a lot of money to this scam, and I saw other foreigners facing the same issues, arguing was useless.

Lisbon location is a scam. When dropping off the car, they charge us for a microscopic spot on the edge of the door which was already there when we rented it out. It wasn't even visible, other clients agreed with us that it wasn't visible but the attendant told us it was our fault and charged us. Either we pay that amount or they will charge us more. Luckily we had the insurance from QEEQ but also from our credit card so we managed to get it back. But be very careful when renting from this location. I had rented from the Pisa location and all good.

The pickup instructions mentioned free shuttle service from all terminals, but this was not the case. While waiting at the designated spot at T4 and calling, I was told a shuttle would come but after waiting 35 minutes and calling again, I was informed that only T2 and T3 had shuttles. After going to T3, I was then directed to T2. It took another 15 minutes after a final call for the shuttle to arrive, with the whole process taking 2 hours!

When picking up the car, they try to sell additional insurance. If you decline, their attitude immediately worsens. The vehicle provided was not of the same class as the one booked.

The service attitude was extremely poor, the waiting time was very long, and the staff were slow and inefficient. When returning the car, I waited for more than half an hour, but no one came to assist. I communicated with the staff, mentioning that I needed to catch a flight and hoped they could expedite the process, but the staff rudely told me that missing the flight was my problem and that I should have allowed enough time for the car return. I had already waited for more than half an hour; how much more time is considered sufficient? This was the worst car rental experience I've ever had abroad. Additionally, when I picked up the car, it had long scratches and dents. I mentioned this to the staff, who said it was fine, and I did not record it, assuming they had. However, they hadn’t noted it either. When returning the car, they tried to blame me for the scratches. Thankfully, I had purchased full insurance, so they stopped arguing when they saw my coverage. If not, it would have been another hassle. I highly do not recommend this car rental company! Regarding insurance: although the rental fee seems cheap, buying full insurance on-site is double the price compared to purchasing it online. I didn't buy it online and regretted it greatly.
