Merge-Car-Rental Car Rental

First of all, it didn't match the description. The store is not in the airport; none of the car rental companies at the airport are this one. We had to call for the car to be delivered, and the person had a heavy accent. There was no sign as claimed. We scheduled the return for 7:20, but upon pick-up, they said 7:30. When returning, they asked us to park in a lot and gave us a card for parking, demanding an extra 20 MYR (I never encountered a car rental return that required us to pay for parking, and there was no mention of a return service fee). We parked at 7:35, and they claimed we were late, saying we should have returned the car at 7:00. Secondly, they didn't inform us that they provided a toll card, so we bought and recharged our own. Thirdly, we didn't eat durians in the car, we only ate at the stalls. It seems like they're just trying to charge us extra. Such an unreliable and non-compliant company; they recorded our credit card information, making us worried about potential fraud. Be cautious when choosing. We regret trying to save some money with this company, leading to a lot of worries afterward.

1/ Arrived at the airport at night and couldn't reach the car rental company at all! The car rental company claimed we canceled the order, but I had the rental confirmation in hand and couldn't find the car. Had to take a taxi to the hotel! Finally, the rental company contacted us and promised to deliver the car the next day. 2/ They clearly took a deposit from me, but the rental company said the deposit wasn't with them and was paid to the booking platform. They charged me 937 MYR and 1409 RMB. Planned to rent for 3 days (over 500 per day), but only rented for two days!

Very satisfied. Make sure to call the number provided in the system when you arrive at the airport. The arrival area has two levels; we usually exit the plane at the first floor and need to go up to the second floor to find gate 5. They prefer Visa cards without the UnionPay logo, but in practice, cards with the UnionPay logo work just as well. Overall, I am very satisfied. My basic English was not an issue as they use translation software to help you.

The service was good. Our flight arrived around 10:30 PM and they waited for us.

No storefront, but the company contacted two days in advance to arrange pickup. Late return was allowed, and after returning the car, I stayed near the airport. The staff was very thoughtful and let me park the car at the hotel so they could collect it.

Mr Azuan is awesome. He contacted me 2 weeks before my trip. He was very clear on the steps and procedures. The car was superb. It was super clean and in superb condition. Fresh out of the oven.

Good that they are in contact with us prior to the trip, it made communications on the actual day easy. Good that everyone can use WhatsApp too.

The AV system in the vehicle was not working..

Handover was easy and good. My credit card was charged twice and before i even noticed that Azid contacted me, informed me about the issue and transferred the money back immidiately! Nice service.

So far very good. The personnel texted me on arrival on car delivery time. And true enough, the car was delivered on the time that I requested. The entire process completed less than 10 minutes.

Value for money. Good price.

Difficult to find the rental spot as it was not clear on my booking that I had booked through merge. In addition, it took a long time to complete the PayPal process and an easier and more efficient process for taking the deposit should be put in place.
