Pickup from Branch or Car Park & After Hours Pickup

About 30 minutes before your pick-up time, you’ll be able to see your car details in the app — the car’s location, the license plate and a photo of the car in the car park. If you still can’t find the car, call us at +44 7818 005232. Once you’ve found the car, you can start your rental and unlock the doors in the app. Make sure you have Bluetooth turned on. During your whole rental, you can use the app to unlock/lock the doors. Internet connection is needed to download the virtual key to the app. After that, only bluetooth is necessary.

Return to the Store, Car Park or Key Box & After Hours Return

Return the car to the same place where you picked it up. You can check the exact drop-off location in the app, lock the doors and tap End rental.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driver's license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1-2 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Original Driver's License + International Driving Permit

Please note that the IDP(International Driving Permit) is only a translation and you must bring your original driver’s license with you.

For local renters, you need to bring:

Full driver's license issued in Spain

If your rental started on an island, you can only drive your Liigu car on that specific island. Please keep in mind that Liigu does not offer Roadside Assistance service outside the country where your rental started. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with all local traffic rules and regulations and to follow them. Please keep in mind that all damages caused due to your negligence or breaking any laws invalidate all Liigu coverage and you will be responsible for all the costs.
