The Hertz - Juliana Airport car rental location is located out of the airport

This location is serviced by the Main Office, Airport Road. Please proceed to the Hertz Courtesy Desk to make arrangements and/or sign contracts for delivery of the vehicle to the hotels in the area. A shuttle service is available from the Courtesy Desk to the servicing location. A rental booth with a Hertz representative is available in the Arrival Hall with ongoing shuttle service. A Hertz hotline phone is also available if the Hertz representative is away. The Hertz hotline phone will dial the main office which will send a shuttle to retrieve the customer or locate the agent. We are also able to deliver the vehicle to the airport parking lot for an additional fee of USD 25.00 (excluding tax) - Please contact the location to request this service.

Das Auto konnte etwas früher und in einwandfreiem Zustand übernommen werden. Die Kofferaumabdeckung wurde sofort entfernt, damit wir für unser vieles Gepäck genügend Stauraum hatten. Alle Schäden wurden ordnungsgemäss dokumentiert. Der Stand der Benzinanzeige wurde korrekt übernommen

The booking price didn't match the price I paid at the counter. How come? The invoice I've got after booking says the price includes all the fees and taxes. What is the difference between paying for a nice, clean car without scratches and dents, and paying the same price for a crappy car? I am not complaining about the staff, but Hertz's policy. It was the last small car, and it looked like being damaged during hurricane Irma. There is the check report which shows the amount of damages.
