Once the administrative formalities have been com-pleted and the keys have been given to you, you may proceed to our carrnpark.

Please return your vehicle to the Europcar Car Park on Boulevard Voltairern(Parking des Loueurs). Outside of office hours, you can leave the keys inrnthe dedicated box in front of the agency.

Please obtain prior written authorization from Europcar to drive the Vehicle outside the Territory. This Authorization may be given within 50 hours of Your request.

Depending on which countries to bring the rental cars to, policies differ:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Portugal, Spain

In the case of electric vehicles, it will be Your responsibility to check that recharging devices are available and compatible in the countries in which You plan to travel. Drivers will be subject to cross border fees and must purchase additional mandatory insurance at the rental desk. Please contact the local rental desk for further information. Abroad (rented in France and travel abroad) : covered but a fix package fee will be charged in case of towing : 300€ The driver has the possibility to subscribe to an insurance called the EMS ( 10€/day - Max 30 days) to avoid the towing package in case of a breakdown.

the straff try to selll the insurance eventhough i already bought AXE insurance on Easyrentcars.com She said AXE insurance on Easyrentcars.com that i bought not cover the car. I so confused but luckily i notice the messege "You've purchased insurances insured by AXA as noted above. We kindly remind you to avoid buying duplicated insurances at the counter" So i did not buy. The problem about Europcar at Marseiille Station is the straff forgot to give me the parking ticket code. So i can not exit the car park. my friend need to run to the counter to ask about the parking code. And the problem about drop off Nimes Station is the Location is not clear. It's only show "Nimes downtown 1 RUE SAINT FELICITE" So i think it's outside the station but actually it's inside Nimes Station -2 Level. Hard to find. But i got Upgrade Car. Big Space. I'm happy
