While travelling on a ferry or barge, the vehicle is not covered by the Damage Liability Fee. The customer is fully responsible for any damage that occurs to the vehicle or damage caused by the vehicle while it is on the ferry. This includes submersion, in the event of the ferry/barge sinking.

Like: It was a hire car while my car was getting fixed.

Waited almost 45 minutes for the car on pick up but got an upgrade as compensation so no complaints. Was told that there was no damage on the car when there was so had to email again after to show the company the obvious dent on the side of the car.
