Rental cars can only be driven on sealed/bitumen or well maintained roads.Vehicles are not to be taken above the snow line unless Snow Cover has been purchased.Excluded from the protection is driving on beaches or through streams, dams, rivers or flood water. Vehicles are permitted to travel to the below islands only: Kangaroo Island Stradbroke Island Bribie Island Phillip Island Bruny Island The only vehicles permitted to travel on unsealed roads are the following FFAR, KPGE, SFDR, PFAR, FFAM, SFBR, SFBD(SUV modles and PICKUP modles)and then ONLY if Unsealed Road Cover has been purchased. An unsealed road refers to a constructed or formed road that is not sealed with a hard material, such as tar, bitumen or concrete.

Like: It was a hire car while my car was getting fixed.
Dislike: It was a hire car while my car was getting fixed. The first car I hired you couldn't fill it up so that wasn't good and the second car was perfect.

Waited almost 45 minutes for the car on pick up but got an upgrade as compensation so no complaints. Was told that there was no damage on the car when there was so had to email again after to show the company the obvious dent on the side of the car.
