When the Hertz counter is unattended, please use the self-service kiosk: 1. Verify your identity using a credit card (equipped with a microchip and a 4-digit PIN) and a driver's license. No other forms of verification are accepted. 2. Ensure the credit card is the same one used for the reservation and is registered under the main renter/driver's name. 3. The driver's license must be in Roman characters and the same size as a credit card. 4. Confirm that the credit card has sufficient balance to cover the deposit. 5. Retrieve the keys from the self-service kiosk by entering the code sent to you after electronically signing the rental contract. Vehicles at P10. Once outside the terminal building, turn right and go to the end of the terminal building, cross the road and the rental parking P10 will be on your right.
