Please contact the staff to pick you up to CARIFY - Cnx Airport Pick-up & Drop-off Point car rental when you arrived.

Based on your appointment time, airport staff will wait for you at the international or domestic arrival exit of T1/T2. Please make sure to provide the accurate flight number and have your passport and translation documents ready. You can pay the deposit using WeChat or Alipay. If your flight is delayed or you need to pick up the car earlier, please contact us at least in advance. Our working hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day. At the appointment time, our staff will be waiting for you at the exit holding a sign with your name. Please ensure you have your driver's license with you.

Return to the Store, Car Park or Key Box & After Hours Return

At the agreed return time, our staff will be waiting for you at the airport in advance. If you need to delay the return time, please make sure to contact us at least one hour in advance to avoid incurring overtime fees.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driver's license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Original driver's license from your country + IDP

Please note that the IDP(International Driving Permit) is only a translation and you must bring your original driving licence with you.

For local renters, you need to bring:

Full driver's license issued in Thailand
