When the Hertz counter is unattended, please use the self-service kiosk: Start by verifying your identity through a credit card (equipped with a microchip and a 4-digit PIN) and a driver's license; no other forms of verification are accepted. The credit card must be the same as the one used during the reservation and registered under the main renter/driver's name. The driver's license must be in Roman characters and of the same dimensions as a credit card. Ensure that the credit card has sufficient balance to cover the deposit. Retrieve the keys from the self-service kiosk and enter the code sent after electronically signing the rental contract.

    The car pickup was quite fast, with no extra fees. The car model is not large; the trunk can hold two carry-on suitcases and one 28-inch suitcase. If you have a lot of luggage, it can only accommodate two people. If the luggage is moderate, three people should be fine.

    Overall pretty good. I booked a Yaris Cross Hybrid and got the same model. The mileage was around 10,000 km, and the car was in good condition. When picking up the car, the staff was in the store. The contract clearly marked any existing scratches on the vehicle, so if you find scratches not listed in the contract during your inspection, you can just take photos with your phone (as phone photos have timestamps to serve as evidence). Returning the car was also fast—you simply park the car and hand over the keys. During the pickup process, the staff only asked once if I needed insurance, and they didn’t try to push it further when I declined. One thing to note is that the staff will confirm your email and phone number with you. If you booked through QEEQ, the email and phone provided will belong to QEEQ, but don't worry—any issues will be communicated through the platform.
