Pick-up Instructions

Our office is located 650 metres (5 minutes on foot) from Atocha station. Once arrival, head down to the main floor following the exit signs. Locate exit Méndez Álvaro. Once on the Street, Méndez Álvaro walks towards Reina Sofía museum, then on the left take the second street heading to Paseo de Santa María de la Cabeza 15. Walk until you find the number 15.

Drop-off Instructions

The return of the vehicle will take place at the "Parking Hard Rock Hotel Madrid", located in front of the office, across the street. You must enter the car park and go down to floor -3. If this supplement is not purchased and an accident occurs, the Lessee will be fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle, repatriation costs, and/or the total vehicle cost, as well as compensation for any damages caused. The vehicle may not be boarded or transported by any means of transportation without the prior written authorisation of the Lessor.It is prohibited to cross borders outside the European continent. For price and details of INT, please consult the staff at the counter. From June 1 to September 30, cars and motorcycles will not be allowed to travel to Formentera.
