Two passenger pick-up areas are located outside baggage claim at the north and south ends of the main terminal.

Like: This was my first time renting a vehicle through this site. This was the best decision I ever made! The cost was surprising low, compared to the other companies. There were many cars available for you to choose! There were kiosks for you to use which had a real person to help you rent your vehicle, faster than standing in line! Like: The Hertz rep at the counter was cheerful, friendly and efficient. No attempt at an upsale. Everything was exactly as I had been informed it would be except for the fact that I was upgraded in my rental (not a problem). The store inexplicably charged an extra 50 USD after I signed some forms. I reserved a Toyota, but they told me none were available and gave me a Nissan instead. Their attitude was so-so. There was no staff to assist with car pickup, and there were no clear signs. I had to find the car myself in a large parking structure. Hertz's service is really lacking.

We booked a mid-size to large SUV, but upon arrival, they offered only a Jeep Compass, which was too small to accommodate 5 people and their luggage. Due to language difficulties, we couldn't address the issue properly. We don't know where the problem originated. Later, they kept pushing us to upgrade to a larger vehicle, costing us several hundred dollars more for a Grand Cherokee. Hertz in the USA left a very bad impression. Complaint

There were too many people in line and too few counters, causing a long wait time. I previously rented a car with a Hong Kong driver's license, but this time they said it was not acceptable.
