Pick-up Instructions

After arriving at the station please follow the signs for Rental Cars or Location Voitures. The Enterprise/National/Alamo desk is located inside the TGV station. Enterprise/National/Alamo are serviced from the same rental desk.

Drop-off Instructions

The car return address is 205 Rue Paul Bert, 69003 Lyon. The two gates will open automatically. Go up to the 7th floor with your car and park it in our named parking spaces. Then, take the lift to level -1. Near the lift exit, you will find our key box (the biggest one on the right) where you can drop the car keys. The walk-in exit is on the same level.

They assigned a Fiat, which is quite spacious and decent overall. The rental process was straightforward; I thought it would be complicated, but it turned out to be simple—just go, complete a quick procedure, pay, and pick up the car. During pickup, they gave a brief explanation of the car's condition, which was fine, but as a first-time renter, a more detailed introduction would have been helpful. However, I figured things out on my own later.
