By exception, Record go can authorise driving in France, Portugal, Gibraltar and Andorra if the contract holder purchases the \\\\\\\'Cross border\\\\\\\' extra. The ‘Cross border’ extra is rented for the whole rental period. It is not possible to rent it for single days. Not available for two-wheeled vehicles. This extra has a cost of €15 per day. Please bear in mind that the ‘Cross border’ extra is rented for the whole rental period and it is not possible to rent it for single days. Charge for driving outside of the territory authorised by Record go If the client has not signed up for ‘border crossing’ and driving outside the territory as authorized by Record go, a €200.00 penalty will be applied, in addition to the applicable cancellation of coverages and the consequences specified in Contract holder obligations with respect to the vehicle”. This consists of the coverage being nullified and the contract holder becoming responsible for rental vehicle damages, towing fees, repatriation and any and all costs occasioned, up to the full value of the deduction.
