The Jucy - Adelaide Airport car rental location is located out of the airport

Our free JUCY shuttle bus can collect you from Adelaide Airport and bring you to our branch. Phone the branch and select Option 1 to request a pick up. A JUCY shuttle bus will collect you from the shuttle bus collection point. To get there, exit the terminal and walk across the plaza to the left past the Taxi Rank, turn left and cross the pedestrian crossing.

Return to the Store, Car Park or Key Box & After Hours Return

Once you have dropped off your JUCY wheels at our Adelaide Airport Branch, just jump on the next shuttle bus to the airport.

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

In terms of travelling there, most of the roads are sealed however there are areas where the roads are unsealed and we have some rules you need to be aware of if you do take your JUCY wheels there. If you take your vehicle on any off-road activities or conditions, including on any unsealed road (being a road not sealed with a hard material such as tar, bitumen or concrete) then our excess reduction cover does not provide cover should anything happen. Off-road conditions include: fire trails, beaches, sand, tracks, fields or paddocks. The only exception to this is reasonable use of access roads to recognized commercial campgrounds. To find out more, refer to the terms and conditions. If there is any damage incurred to the vehicle on the ferry, our excess reduction cover stands void.

There was a minor delay in collecting the car, the office ran out of paper rolls for the EFTPOS terminals. The branch manager was extremely nice; we had been misinformed about the drop-off time to get a shuttle bus ride to the airport so we arrived too late. Justin acknowledged the mistake was Jucy's, so he arranged for alternative transportation on the spot, at no cost to us.

The car, Hyundai, was smaller then I asked for, definitely no Toyota Corolla. So many damages that the intakeform looked like a drawing. Tires where not good, pulled to the left.

excellent counter staff service. I got there one minute after their proper closing time and they still let me in and do the business. Got car sorted, and the guy even took me into car and gave me detailed demo of how to drive the particularly "Pinto"issues. Phenomenal service and couldn't fault it at all.
