It is strictly forbidden to travel by the rented car abroad of Poland without a written consent of the Owner. If the Owner grants written permission to go abroad, the car can only travel in the European Union countries. The Hirer is obliged to advise the Owner on which countries the rented car will travel in. In case of leaving Polish borders without the Owner’s consent, the Hirer is obliged to pay a contractual penalty in the amount of 53 euros or PLN 220 for each commenced day when the car is used outside the territory of Poland. Fee to travel abroad is 30 euros or 123 PLN when permission is granted. No limit on kilometers.
