Pick-up Instructions

This is a fully automated location. Identify yourself with the credit card used when placing the reservation and your driver license matching the size of a plastic card and your passport/ national identity card if your driver license is issued outside Sweden. The credit card must be equipped with a chip and a 4-digit pin code and must belong to the renter/ main driver. The driver license must be in roman script only. No other form of identification is valid. You will also need your reservation number at time of pick-up. At the time of rental a deposit is obtained on your credit card there must be sufficient credit on your card. The self-service kiosk is located next to the West entrance of Port 73. The vehicle will be parked next to the kiosk in the Hertz designated area.
