Please contact the staff to pick you up to Target Rent Italy - Venezia Airport (vce) car rental when you arrived.

After landing, please exit from the arrivals terminal and reach the big white tower with a large mushroom-shaped tank of water on the top. Once there, please call TARGETRENT rental office to request the collection. You will be collected by the Park Gold - TargetRent shuttle bus wich will take you to TARGETRENT office, located 500 meters away.

Return to the Store, Car Park or Key Box & After Hours Return

After landing, when in arrivals terminal go out through the exit named "Porta B". You will meet two pedestrian crossings that lead you to a metal walkway with white columns and covered by a glass roof. Continue under the walkway and will arrive to a big tower with on the top a large mushroom-shaped tank of water. Once over there please call our rental office at 0039 - 041 303 1731 and wait for the Venice Park Service-Campello Rent Targetrent shuttle that will take you to our office at 500 mts

The car was advertised as being available for collection in the airport terminal. It was not and we had to walk across a building site a car park to get to a random petrol station before waiting for a minibus which then took us to another location. This is completely unreasonable and 100% not what was advertised. I would like my money back as I never would have hired the car had I known it would take an hour to collect.

Only issue was the regular pick up location was closed. We didn’t know about this till we had arrived at the published pick up location . Meant having to spend another 10-15 minutes to get to the temporary pick up point. Would have been good to have known about this is advance!
