Car is ok, but it surprised unfortunately that budget charged me extra 135.11 dollars as insurance while I already booked and paid the maximum insurance coverage through easy rent !!! This is unacceptable and I was supposed to raise this issue to higher positions since that time I was not preparing myself to pay that much and it was not as per my travel budget, it affected me a lot. First time renting a car in the USA, and it was very convenient. After getting off the plane, follow the signs to the rental shuttle pick-up area. Almost all rental company shuttles stop there, and buses from the same company come one after another, so there's always a bus available. The paperwork is simple: provide the pick-up form, swipe your credit card for a deposit, get the pick-up slip, and go to the lot to pick up the car. There is no staff involved, just give the slip with the car number and mileage to the staff at the exit. Returning the car is even simpler; follow the instruction lines to park in the designated lane, a staff member will check the car, take the keys, and give you a receipt, then you are free to go.
