Customers holding a New Zealand Pink licence, which indicates Limited, Alcohol Interlock, or Zero Alcohol Limit, are not eligible to rent vehicles with Budget. If driver icence is in any lanouage other than English, it must be accompanied by an approved translaton such as an international Driving permit isued in accordance with the United Nations Convention on road traffic.
