After collecting their luggage, the customers have to go outside the arrivals hall through the last exit door (towards Car Rental Center) and leave the building. The shuttle bus (with Goldcar signs) will be waiting for customers in the car park located at the opposite side of the Car Rental Center (crossing the road). If the shuttle bus is not there, please wait there for it. This bus will take you directly to the off airport office located very close to the airport. Clients must also return their cars to the rental office, prior to being taken back to the airport. Please indicate your flight number (if these details are not provided the partner cannot guarantee that a car rental representative will wait for customers).
