The pay phone is located to the left of the baggage claim (no change required for a toll free call). Once you have requested our shuttle service, please proceed outside the main door in the arrivals area. Our shuttle vehicle will pull up in the taxi lane (second lane out from the door). Our office is a short 2 minute ride to the rental counter. We kindly ask that you do not call us before you have retrieved your luggage, as our driver is not allowed to idle in the taxi lane.
