You can reach the staff through the following methods: email (yaozhao70@gmail.com), WeChat (osakadispatch), phone, Line, KakaoTalk, WhatsApp (+8109087782015). ② Upon arriving at the 4th floor, proceed to Counter A. After reaching Counter A, turn left and head towards Door A on the 4th floor. ③ The staff will be waiting for you to pick up the car across from Gate A. If we do not hear from you, we will wait for you at the location indicated during your reservation. Please note that this is solely our pick-up and drop-off point; there are no staff stationed there for extended periods.

Original driving licence + IDP ( issued under the 1949 Convention)
It is required to carry the original IDP issued by a government-authorized agency in the version of the 1949 convention, in the A6-sized booklet paper format, and the number of seats of the rented vehicle should comply with the driving category authorized by the IDP.
Taiwan Driving License + Japan Translation Version
For customers with driver's licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco and Taiwan are allowed to drive vehicles only when they carry both the original license issued in the above countries/regions and a Japanese Translation of such issued by JAF, or foreign embassies or consular offices in Japan.
