Car was good. Only problem book car for 57£ end of the end cost me +-180£for 3 days because they don't like Lloyd's visa card??? And charged me 80+ euros just for insurance Not happy at all

Car key obtained from Hertz counter, staff super good and friendly. Although a smaller car is given, Toyota Rav4 instead of Toyota land cruise, but everything is good.

Rude and unhelpful but also a bit sketchy. Severa attempts to sell us additional services, they were a bit abrupt. At the end of the booking they tried to scam us £10 for "cleaning fee" when the car was indeed returned clean! I have pictures to prove this.

You have to clean the car inside and out OR pay 15e (I thought the clerk was joking and said ‘seriously?’ He then said ‘yes’ you must clean or pay! And then said ok for now only 10e’ So I had to pay extra. Who has time to vacuum and wash the car before returning? Also when we dropped car off the agent said ‘no shuttle- walk’. But when we were almost to the airport we saw a shuttle.

It’s awful company, they charge if your car mats not vacuumed, they charged 72€ fee for filing 20€ trafic ticket!! They don’t answer they phone at 4am and no shuttle to airport! There is fee for drop off , there is fee if you go out of Latvia border, there is fee 15€ for not vacuumed mats! Never again in my life I will rent from them

AVIS pick up location in Riga stated as "riga downtown" with no address given on the reminder emails. In one confirmation email, the address given is AVIS headquarters, which is not the pick up location. Given the pick up location is at the airport, it would be simpler to call the location "Riga RIX Airport".

Modèle correspondant précisément à celui réservé. Pas d'attente, le professionnel nous attendait à l'aéroport avec une pancarte à notre nom et nous a accompagné à pieds jusqu'au parking proche où était garé le véhicule. Véhicule de 2019, quasi neuf (3000 kms), en très bon état. Le seul problème: pas de roue secours, nous l'avons fait marquer sur le contrat de pris en charge. Réponse du professionnel : un numéro de téléphone à appeler en cas de crevaison. Accueil sinon parfait, très professionnel et efficace. Le professionnel n'a pas cherché à nous vendre d'options quelconques, assurances ou GPS, inutiles pour non. Retour du véhicule sur un autre parking facile à trouver, près de l"aéroport. Pas de contrôle contradictoire à la remise des clés au gardien du parking, il n'y a pas sur place de représentant d'auto 26. Véhicule rendu avec le plein comme prévu. Une navette gratuite, du parking, nous a ramené très rapidement (3 mn) à l'aéroport.

The car was what we paid for. Riga staff offered an upgrade but we declined. Service staff at Riga were top notch. Service staff at Tallinn also were very good. At the time we were in Tallinn the staff were busy with a number of customers but did their best to answer questions.

Like: Staff was professional, friendly, gave clear instructions and incredibly efficient. The vehicle was in great condition and well worth what I paid.
