      At pick up the guy was super helpful, friendly and apologetic at the delay in getting the vehicle. But on returning the car, the person was different, unfriendly and generally uninterested in leaving us with a good impression.

      They have confirmed by email, we can use a car in whole Moldova, but at arrival they have denied entrance to part and we needed to change cars and pay additional fee.

      They have agreed in written that their car can enter also Transdnistria, part of Moldova which has proclaimed independence. Finally we were not allowed and were forced to change cars and pay 30 EUR more. At the end they have said that we didn't got answer from Moldova but from central office.
