Car was great, clean and spacious for 2 people.

There were extra fees at check in.

The car was smelly. Smoking smell mainly.

After a small assessment, I was given an electro auto which was horrible and I needed to change after less than 24 hours. With the temperature in Frankfurt the battery does not last and the provided plug in the car for charging was a home one. It would have needed like 30 hrs for charging.

Car condition was great and clean! The pick-up and drop-off process was super fast.

The vehicle was less than half full at pick up and needed to be returned half full which meant I lost out both ways as it is difficult to predict the correct level and I left too much in - should be full to full much easier

Super helpful and friendly staff. Quickly sorted out our problem with booking.

Just to double check that maintenance of the car is checked on long rentals. I had the truck for almost two months. And on the second weeks starts asking me for oil change, filters etc. I did not have time to run to rental agency to serve the truck. And I did not returned because I was not going to drive the truck for more than 400 miles … other than this small inconvenience everything went well

I thought it was a fake reservation, because it was way cheaper than other quotes. It went well

i have used alamo for every trip ive had and ill always use them. the pick up truck was a bit too big for me (5ft height) and i think ill book a SUV next time but no complaints
