Great experience would use again

Le obligan a uno a coger seguros que no están cotizados en la reservación, lo que incrementa el costo tremendamente y la funcionaria afirma que esos seguros son obligatorios, afirmación que creo no es cierta.

La plataforma no indica que los seguros son obligatorios, ni su costo.

I have used them many times and while there are no bells and whistles their prices are good and their service is efficient

Easy to use, great prices, another great experience

Used the Alamo "Skip the Counter" option which saves having to queue at the desk. Just go straight to the garage and pick the car you want from those available in your group. Needed to extend our rental for a couple of days due to unforeseen circumstances but this was easily arranged by phoning them.

I couldn’t use my own insurance.So I should had deal with new insurance on counter.

Like: Found the vehicle last in the trip planning and still got a wonderful price. The check in was all computerized and I got to pick my vehicle from a number of choices makes and models. Really liked the whole process and very considerate personnel helping with the check in computers. And check in only took minutes.
Dislike: The fuel options are confusing so filling up before returning seemed the best and least expensive option. The insurance included was something I've looked for and it was a pleasant benefit.
