First experience of an electric vehicle and loved it, but was provided with no support when I picked it up, simply told all the instructions are in the car – they were, but all in French! It wasn’t straightforward and I only managed thanks to some kind passers-by who saw me struggling at the charge point.

The company you provided the rental with (interment) have sent me an unreadable invoice and have charged me an additional £50 to my credit card without my permission, after they had cleared my rental and said there would be no further charge. The email address from which they sent the invoice is a no reply address so I cannot even reply. This is totally unacceptable and to take additional money without my agreement is fraudulent.
Our flight landed very early which meant we were at the counter at 9:45am for a 10:30 booking. The staff were unable to access the booking until 10:30 which meant a 45 minute wait.
Not great when you have been traveling since 4am! Other than that it was a very smooth experience and we will definitely use Dollar again.

The service was terrible. There was a very long queue on collection, we waited in the heat for over an hour. The staff were pleasant but clearly there weren't enough of them. I returned the car with a full fuel tank and Goldcar refused to inspect the car on arrival, again, the queues at the office were very long. They charged me for not refuelling which I am now disputing. I have photos of a full tank indicator and receipts from the service station at the airport. It was clearly fraud on their part. I will not use this provider again.
Courteous staff, car in decent condition if a little worn. Returned without any hassle. Would recommend to others.

Easy to use and found a good deal. Important to be very clear on the conditions around purchasing insurance though, as this did lead to a longer pick up process than expected.

return was smooth and enjoyable. The pick up whole process is horrible and full of inconvenience. The Goldcar doesn't accept amexrican express. When charge the debit car 1400 euro for deposit, they just do the conversion and make it 1260 Pounds themself . then when they later return deposit, they then return 1400 euro which converted automatically to 1200 pounds like market rate. So we just loss 60 pounds for nothing by the Goldcar customer named Hugo service person incompetence work.

your pick up instruction was clearly wrongly written in the voucher as there is not shuttle bus from Goldcar to pick us up. We simply need to go to the Goldcar stand ourselves. Finding Goldcar stand is not difficult if not mislead by the Qeeq Voucher
The car exceed our expectation. Was offered an upgrade at a discounted price which was nice. Did mention insurance but wasn’t forced upon us like some other company. Over all the speedy pick up que is faster as we booked via EasyRentCars. Compare to walk in customers but still waited for 45 mins which is not great. Return is a much more speedy affair less than 5 mins. Overall a pleasant experience.

This platform is perfect to book a car highly recommended in fact already done so to friends and family. Will be the first choice to book car abroad.
Would absolutely not recommend Interrent to anyone. It took over 60 minutes to get the vehicle and once at the counter they charged me an extra 80€ on "basic services". Once that was over, the car was as expected, but they didn´t even have the thought of cleaning it. Overall a bad experience.
The airport rental desk staff claimed I had zero insurance and tried to make me sign a document to acknowledge it. Allegedly nobody has insurance with inter rent. I object to have vastly different expectations between booking and actual execution. If you are aware of what inter rent / gold car are going then you need to make your booking more transparent. If not, you should take this up with them and stop trying to extort customer at the desk

Une bande de voyous , menteurs , arnaqueurs . Ils ont commis une erreur ( où volontaire ) dans le positionnement d'une rayure existante ( avant location ) et au retour ils m'ont enlevé 234 € en me disant que c'était moi qui l'avait faite . Nous sommes allés voir ensemble le véhicule avec l'employée , elle m'a dit qu'elle devait demander à sa responsable , à son retour elle m'a dit "c'est OK , c'est bon" , elle m'a fait signer sur 1 tablette , sans que je puisse voir la page entière et 2 jours après , ils m'ont débité 234 € sur la caution encaissée de 1240 € . Ils ont un garde devant leur porte , ça veut tout dire . Je dépose une plainte la semaine prochaine à la gendarmerie de Vitrolles + un signalement au Prefet .
WE reserved the car for pick up at 12pm we received a confirmation, we arrived at Europcar at 1155am, nobody was at the counter, we waited a man came and say they closed at 12pm, and if we wanted the car we will have to pay extra 50 euros!!
We told him we were there before 12pm, he was very rude, and ask for another credit card, there is a pending $500.00 dollars charge from them, if it goes through I will deny it!
He gave us the wrong address to return the car as well as easy rental, The guy at Europcar was supposed to give us a map and a code to return the car!!, he did not we spend 1 hour driving around Lyon to find the location we almost missed our train because of this, really bad bad service !!!
Since I had my insurance with QEEQ AVIS informed me that in case of accident I will be charged with the cost of repairs and reimbursed by the insurance I had
Fortunately, no accidents and this saved me from a lengthy hassle

We did not get the car we wanted. We were not given any other option than what we got 'take it or leave it'.
They were totally over the top in trying to sell insurance.
They insisted on a credit card (which a lot of people don't use anymore). Why not take a deposit on a visa debit.
We had to pay c€250 for this reason.
The building is overcrowded and their process is too slow.
It is not obvious to take a ticket when you arrive.
