Excellent as always. Does what it says on the tin.

Counter staff weren't aware of Easyrentcars so some initial confufsion when I arrived.

I haven’t received my holding deposit back yet and I’m waiting on that. I was told at the counter that it would have been better to book direct through budget yet when I initially tried to book direct, the price was massively higher than easyrentcars. So I suggest that you either lower your prices to help people come straight to you or advise your staff to not make customers feel guilty for not booking direct.

Very good value, nice people, no harassment to get their insurance just offered as an alternative, collected from airport. All very easy.

The actually car was fine a d when I was sent to the correct address everything was ok

Being able to use a debit card for the holding fee was very helpful, however could be more clearly communicated.

I prepaid £60.40 for the rental. On arrival I added another driver and informed on this cost. However after returning the vehicle I was sent an receipt of charges that totaled £146.62. Rental Charges £51.37 Fees and Surcharges £16.85 Optional Services £27.99 Refuelling Charge £25.97 VAT (20.0%)£ 24.44 My Prepayment showed as £71.50 leaving an outstanding balance of £75.12. I queried the additional costs with Budget as the vehicle was full on return and they agreed to reimburse me £36.15. I am extremely disappointed with this service and unexplained costs and feel I have been ripped off. When I returned the car I was not told my the representative that I would be facing extra costs or explained what I was signing.

The car had a very bad creaking noise on the steering wheel

Car exceeded expectations because as usual the requested car was not available - this seems to be a theme in the rental industry. Ferrari or similar = Toyota Aygo.

We were really not impressed with any aspect of the service we recieved.

Budget staff very friendly. They did however forget to make me sign for the car and walk with me around the car for any damage before I drove away with it!

Excellent company have used them before at Stanstead and they have maintained their standards. Would recommend them to anyone.

When picking up the car the woman marking the damage was totally obnoxious as was the driver who picked us up at the airport. The young chap behind the counter started off okay but when getting into discussions with the damage marking lady he became slightly rude and wouldn't listen. On returning the car what a totally different experience the 2 guys checking in the car and young man behind the counter so much better. Pity the others couldn't learn from them

Car was a little shabby. The yard was dirty.

The car was far bigger- Citroen Berlingo- than the Cactus I requested. It was also a very poor car to drive. Rubbish gears very sensitive to wind , a really poor tank of a car.

The car was spotlessly clean and was also a pleasure to drive. The car was very fuel efficient. Staff were very pleasant and courteous.
