Pick-up/Drop-off Instructions
Pick-up
Located at Ninoy Intl Airport, gate 1 in the arrival area. Customer is met by a Budget representative who will take customer to their car. CARS:Vehicles are parked at the CRO (Central Reservation Office) half a km from the airport, it takes 5 minutes for vehicle to be brought to the airport from CRO.
Drop-off
Vehicles must be returned to the CRO, then client is tranfered to the airport for departure
What you must bring at pick-up

1. Form Of ID

A valid physical Philippines national photo ID or A valid passport
2. Driving licence

The main driver and any additional drivers must provide a full physical driving licence with no major endorsements. The licence should be held for at least 1 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Original driving licence + International Driving Permit (IDP)

Please note that an International Driving Permit (IDP) is only a translation. You must present your original driving licence together with the original IDP at the counter — photocopies or scanned copies are not accepted.

Original South Korea Driving License (English version)

An English translation must be provided on the back of the driver's license.

Payment Method

Accepted payment methods by Budget for payment due at pick-up:

Physical credit cards in the full name of the main driver

Deposit

₱17,682.75-₱294,712.50 for pre-authorization on main driver's credit card(s) at pick up. Refunded within 30-60 business days after car return with no theft/damage or no due payment.

Usually, a deposit will be held as a guarantee by car rental companies at pick-up. This will be fully released or refunded if there is no damage/theft of the vehicle or any due payment after the rental.
If a valid payment card in the main driver’s full name with sufficient funds for the deposit is not presented at pick-up, the car rental provider may decline to release the vehicle. In such cases, payments already made will not be refunded.

Please obtain a printed letter and proof of coverage from your credit card bank or car insurance provider. It should include your name or credit card details, coverage information, validity dates, applicable countries, and vehicle types, and present it at the rental desk.

Tips at pick-up
If the counter staff sell you insurance:

Please note that counter staff may sell you additional insurance or other services (Road Safe / Roadside Assistance, Full Tank Option / Prepaid Fuel, Upgrade / Car Class Change, etc.). Please review the contract carefully before signing to avoid extra charges.


Late Pickup:

Your reserved car may not be guaranteed if you don't pick it up on time. Late pick-up could result in full no-show charges or rental costs for the delayed period. If you're running late due to flight delays or similar reasons, please contact the car rental company or us in advance to secure your reservation.


Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation before pick-up (local time:Saturday, December 3, 2022, 10:00 AM). Refunds will be made to the original credit card used for booking.
In the event of a no-show or failure to meet rental requirements, a fee equal to the total prepaid amount will be charged.

What is ‘No-show’?
A "No-show" occurs when you:
• Cancel without notifying us before your rental start time.
• Fail to pick up the car at the scheduled time and date.
• Don’t provide the necessary documentation for car pick-up.
• Don’t present a credit card in the main driver’s name with sufficient funds for required payments (e.g., deposit) at pick-up.

What to do if a No-show occurs:
1. If you wish to cancel before the pickup time, make sure to cancel your booking.
2. If you’re delayed (e.g., due to a flight delay), contact the car rental company or us to hold your reservation; otherwise, you may be marked as a no-show.
3. If you are marked as a no-show and the rental company refuses to release the car, contact us for assistance.
