Been waiting for more than 20mins to drop off

There were too many existing scratches that is impossible to go through during pickup process. The car need serious polishing which would buff out all the scratches to let the customer a fresh car to start with. Return was misleading where during pickup was told to return to where we pick up the car. But on the day of return, it's a different area.

I did not realise it is hybrid car, though uses less fuel but trunk space was reduced. Prefer a normal Camry.

Like: I've rented a Toyota Yaris. The car condition was good and the staff are quite friendly. Definitely worth for the money.

Like: It is easy to pick up and drop off the car.
Dislike: The car is smelly

Like: nice service, friendly staffs, quick pick up and quick drop off

Like: Simple and fast procedure to collect and return car.
Dislike: The condition of the car interior.

No reverse sensor for the vehicle provided. It will be excellent if the vehicle has reverse sensor.
