The car need serious polishing which would buff out all the scratches to let the customer a fresh car to start with. A bit of a wait due to an issue with the customer before me. But once they got to me, it was a smooth and straight forward process! The car itself was in fairly good condition, although it had a bit of a weird musk in the car and the air conditioning could be better. But the car was definitely spacious enough for four people and could fit 4 medium cases in the car. Definitely value for money!

The rental indicated that it can carry 3 luggages and maximium 7 persons. I would suggest that it can only handle 3 hand carried luggages. My expectation was I rent a 7 seaters car with only 6 peoples including driver, it should have 1 seat left, we had 2 luggages and 2 hand carry luggages. it should fit in. We can put our additional bag for notebook.

I still haven’t received the THB 5000 deposit refund. I expect The refund should be immediately after the car return instead of waiting 2 weeks as the staff mentioned to me. That’s not so beneficial to customers. Also, the car should be ready 1 hour before the car pick up time, instead of black facing customers asking customers waiting.
