Only comment is as the rental office is off airport need clear direction /assistance on how get car back to rental site and useful if client asks for help on arrival for onward travel. Staff were not helpful, I was told there was sat nav in the car , but found it a nightmare to use and I had no proper address for return journey to input . Something as simple as having the rental site saved as a favourite on the sat nav ? Or if client has address for onward location , shown how to use dat nav if going to use it when travelling ...It dies cause me some worry while I was away ., but good car , price and general service. It has made me think I’d rather have an on-site pickup at airport , no stress on getting lost and motorway fines.

“I would pay the difference and pick up from the airport. To much risk with the poor transfer. Never”

I booked a Mercedes and got a Peugeot On return we went to the drop of point and it was closed. Someone turned up and as the transport was full as more families were waiting. I told the company I will drive my full van to the airport as I would of had to wait another 30 minutes. Also the wipers had a massive RIP in the middle so every time I wiped the window I had to use a towel so I could see My score is less than yours will never use again

La voiture était propre. Seul probleme est que j'ai mentionné un dommage sur la voiture lorsque je l'ai prise, je l'ai inscrite sur le document de l'agence mais pas sur le mien et par conséquent lors du retour de la voiture, l'agence m'a facturé le dommage.

Diffcultés de récupération du véhicule. Aucune aide de personnel. Problème administratif . Solution trouver au bout de 2h. Personnel non chaland . Pas agréable . un regret d’avoir choisi surprice rent a car. Difficultés de communication avec le personnel faisant mine de ne pas comprendre.

“A lot of unexpected problems for pick up and drop off.”

The car is okey, but the pick up isn’t at the airport, you have to wait for a van to pick you up and take you somewhere else, which made our drop off very complicated because we were far from the airport.
