Eurocar was too eager to charge for late return even though it was not our fault that the car drop off was not easy to find and there was no one at the counter when we arrived to return the car key.

Like: The price was FAR lower than anyone else. Pay on collect. Quick and easy pick up and drop off. Brand new car.
Dislike: I would have liked a booking number for Europecar. I couldn’t check that EasyRentCars wasn’t a scam and I was worried they weren’t going to have our booking when we turned up.

Dislike: No parking spaces available during early morning (5:50am) drop off. No real problem - had to double park outside Europcar rental office
