It would be very helpful if Qeeq offered more comprehensive online rental contract management. For example, the ability to request rental extensions online would be a great feature

The check in desk was manned by one one person, later by only two. Long queue. More than 35 min waiting.

They did a free upgrade which was very kindly.

Dans un premier temps l’upgrade proposer était plutôt un « downgrade » avec ce véhicule de type utilitaire . Après le partage de mon sentiment défavorable à ce downgrade, le staff m’a proposer une merveilleuse surprise et un véritable upgrade puisque nous sommes repartie avec une corvette luxueuse et moderne . Pour mon anniversaire ce jour là, l expérience a été fantastique et c’est ce genre de détail et ce staff adorable qui feront que je reprendrai Hertz la prochaine fois . Merci !!

I was told on pickup of the car I would not be able to use a Visa card for the deposit for the car. Only MasterCard was accepted unless I maxed out their insurance which was of no use for me and I was forced to as Visa was the only payment I have on my holiday. The staff directed me incorrectly to the car park to leave the airport with my 60kgs of luggage...... gigantic waste of time starting our trip in Switzerland. The Mazda CX-5 was the only good thing about the experience.
