Alamo staff were extremely helpful. We had missed our flights and had to get to a different airport. Alamo upgraded our car to their top range. When we got to our destination we had a vehicle booked with another rental company who had given our vehicle away and charged a cancellation fee. We were so disappointed with them and decided to rent on the spot from Alamo again because of their value for money and great customer service.

QEEQ es una plataforma que utilizo seguido, muy fácil y práctica. Sobretodo cuando disminuyeron el precio! Volveré a utilizarla. Conviene fijarse si el alquiler es con una empresa cuyo mostrador esté en la misma terminal del aeropuerto o si es remota. Para saber qué esperar y tiempos de recogida y devolución.

The car we were given was not the one we ordered, but it was close. Sadly this meant it was slightly smaller, which caused some difficulties, and there were dents on the car when we picked it up. Thankfully these were all known about and we were not charged. Pickup was fast and good and dropoff took no time whatsoever.

Worked well, first time we've used Qeeq, we will look again when booking next time.

The start was good... nice not-too-pushy salesguy upselled better car for reasonable 12 euros/day. When I asked "is this final price?" he confirmed but later charged 12 eur+VAT/day instead. Nice tactic that is usually used in third-world countries. Shame on you. They were supposed to give car with full tank, but instead it was at 20%. They instructed me to return it with the same tank (I returned it with 30%) but then they still charged for fuel and 'refueling fee'. Luckily, after 2 weeks of fighting I got this refunded but to be honest they should have paid *me* for the extra fuel. Whatever. Also the car was not cleaned (it wasn't dirty, but it wasn't clean either). Anyway, I saw they were *trying* to offer good service, so it's not all bad.

Like: I was picked up from the airport terminal by a really professional and friendly employee. My flight arrival at Malaga airport was delayed by over an hour and opening time for Alamo/Enterprise had already passed. In spite of this, I pleasantly found that 2 of the hire company's employees waited for me and were very efficient and friendly inspite of my late arrival. They were not only past their closing time, but were extremely professional and efficient as well as very welcoming and personable. It was such a breath of fresh air being greeted by them (I'm so sorry I didn't memorize their names) after an eventful and tiring day - having left my house very early in the morning for an 8 hour shift at work, only to then rush to London St Pancras station in order to catch the 5pm service to Luton Airport and then find upon my arrival there that all trains had been cancelled. Then having travelled to Victoria Station across town to try and catch a useless coach that wasn't even stopping at the airport but in Luton Town centre instead. Eventually, when we reached the airport after a £70 uber trip, only to find that the Easy Jet flight to Malaga was delayed. Again, having been waited on, picked up and served so efficiently and warmly by the 2 Alamo employees who stayed behind over their time at work, was a breath of fresh air among so many bad experiences with other car rental companies elsewhere in Spain and beyond. Thank you guys - keep up the quality of service you have provided me with and you will have my custom for a very long time. So sorry I can't remember your names.
